The film is expected to go on floors soon, with Ravi K Chandran as the cinematographer, Sreekar Prasad as the editor, and Anbariv as the stunt choreographer. 

The film was produced by Lokesh Kangaraj, who is also a renowned director and the maker of hit films like Leo and Vikram.

The film also has a stellar cast, including Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead, Siddharth as the voice of the alien, and Isha Koppikar, Sharad Kelkar, Karunakaran and Yogi Babu in supporting roles.

Sethupathi has played some memorable villain roles in the past, such as in Master opposite Thalapathy Vijay, Vikram opposite Kamal Haasan, Uppena, Pettai, and Jawan opposite Shah Rukh Khan.

Suriya is currently busy with Kanguva, directed by Siruthai Shiva. He also has his next with Vetrimaaran for Vaadivaasal.

The makers also unleashed the Lal Salaam video, starring none other than the legendary Superstar Rajinikanth, donning the formidable avatar of Moideen Bhai.

With a shared cinematic history that includes blockbuster hits like Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade, the duo has consistently fueled gossip mills with their off-screen camaraderie.

The film, written and directed by Anthony Bhagyaraj, boasts of a stellar cast that includes Anupama Parameswaran, Samuthirakani, Yogi Babu and Tulasi among others.

 ‘Captain Miller’ to face tough competition at the box office, as it is clashing with two other big releases, Sivakarthikeyan’s sci-fi comedy ‘Ayalaan’, and Arun Vijay’s action thriller ‘Mission’.
