BJP-RSS Ideologue S Gurumurthy has now suggested the ruling faction that ADMK must accept and align with Sasikala to defeat DMK.

Refusing to endorse Edappadi Palaniswami as the CM candidate, the BJP leaders had been pressing that Palaniswami is the CM candidate for ADMK and not for the alliance.

His statement has come as his bid to appeal to his fans not to protest and put him in deep pain through their calls of urging him to enter politics.

The BJP leaders have incessant hope that Rajini will issue a statement about his spiritual politics in a way that would support the BJP ahead of the assembly polls. 

During the meeting, the party has passed the resolution of strongly pressing that Edappadi Palaniswami will be the Chief Ministerial candidate of the party.
