The movie also boasts of an ensemble cast that includes Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, Shiva Rajkumar, Sunil, Ramya Krishnan, Vinayakan, Mirna Menon, Vasanth Ravi, and Yogi Babu.

Together, they captivate the audience with their mesmerizing dance moves, beautifully choreographed against an elaborate set that exudes elements of tribal cultural aesthetics.

It stars Rajinikanth in the lead role of Muthuvel Pandian, a strict jailer who has to deal with a gang of prisoners trying to escape.

The music composer Anirudh Ravichander, who has teamed up with Rajinikanth for the third time after Petta and Darbar, finally shared the good news on the film's first single.

The audio launch event will be a treat for the fans of Rajinikanth and Mohanlal, who will share the stage for the first time.

The team recently shared that the shooting has been completed, by posting a farewell cake-cutting party snap with the Superstar. 

Jailer is produced by Kalanithi Maran under his banner Sun Pictures, which has previously bankrolled Rajinikanth’s blockbuster films like Enthiran, Petta and Annaatthe.

The music of Jailer is composed by Anirudh, who has earlier collaborated with Rajinikanth in Petta and Darbar.

The official title Jailer was revealed in June later along with the first look poster which introduced Rajinikanth as Muthuvel Pandian, a jailer.

The film is said to be a thriller dark comedy with Rajinikanth playing the role of Muthuvel Pandian, a jailer who has to deal with a gang that tries to rescue their leader from the prison.
