Viral Update: Jailer First Single update is here! The composer drops the witty meme of the Superstar!

The countdown has begun for the first single of Jailer, the much-awaited action comedy film starring Superstar Rajinikanth. The music composer Anirudh Ravichander, who has teamed up with Rajinikanth for the third time after Petta and Darbar, hinted the release date of the first song with a quirky meme of the Superstar from Annamalai film, where he is showing four finger count in swag. 

Anirudh took to his  Instagram handle with the caption “Thalaivar @rajinikanth entry #JailerFirstSingle". Jailer is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, who is known for his hit films like Kolamaavu Kokila, Doctor and Beast. The film is produced by Sun Pictures, who also unveiled the first look of Rajinikanth in Jailer on August of last year, when the shooting of the film started.  

The film has an ensemble cast of Jackie Shroff, Shiva Rajkumar, Tamannaah Bhatia, Sunil, Ramya Krishnan, Vinayakan, Mirnaa Menon and Vasanth Ravi. The film also features a cameo appearance by Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal. 

Jailer is slated to release on August 10, 2023, and  the film is one of the most anticipated films of 2023, as it marks Rajinikanth’s 169th film in his illustrious career. Fans are eagerly waiting to hear the first single of Jailer, which is likely to be a mass number that will showcase Rajinikanth’s charisma and style.
