Jailer is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures. The film is slated to release on August 10th and is expected to be a suspense thriller with dark comedy elements. The film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, who has delivered many chartbusters for Rajinikanth in the past. Now the insiders' source reveals that the eagerly anticipated audio launch event is coming soon.

According to the latest reports, the audio launch of the Superstar starrer is poised to sweep Chennai off its feet on July 23rd. Fans to witness for a star-studded affair as this magnum opus features a stellar pan-Indian cast and crew. The prestigious Nehru Indoor Stadium, known for hosting magnificent audio launches of Tamil cinema's finest, will be the splendid setting for this grand celebration of Kollywood.

The film also features Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Sunil, Jackie Shroff, Ramya Krishnan, Tamannaah, Vasantha Ravi, and Redin Kingsley in pivotal roles. The film marks the debut of Malayalam superstar Mohanlal in Tamil cinema and the reunion of Rajinikanth and Jackie Shroff after 30 years. 

The makers have planned to release the first single from the film on July 15th, which will be a mass number, and the promotional campaign will possibly be kickstarted soon after. The audio launch event will be a treat for the fans of Rajinikanth and Mohanlal, who will share the stage for the first time.

The event will also have performances by Anirudh Ravichander, Tamannaah, Vasantha Ravi, and Redin Kingsley. The event will be telecast live on Sun TV and streamed on YouTube. The film will release in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada languages across India and overseas.
