In his last address, Modi extended the lockdown to contain the virus and prescribed some antidotes for the ailing economy.

On Friday, the state Director General of Police (DGP) has issued a circular in which it has been stated that the seized vehicles will be released from the custody.

According to the data issued by the Directorate of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Tamil Nadu currently has 388 containment zones.

The police have decided to release the vehicles through the phased manner to avoid over-crowding and to maintain social distancing.

On Wednesday, the Delhi police had brought Saad under the grounds of culpable homicide which is as equal as to the grounds of second-degree murder.

The incident happened on Wednesday in the vicinity of Kabisthalam in Thanjavur where they sat close to each other by breaking the chain of social distancing.
