MK Stalin has called for an all-party meet on January 8 to discuss the next course of action towards scrapping the national exam.

Seeman was eventually ousted by the Communist leaders from the memorial and the incident has displayed an overwhelming political divide in Tamil Nadu. 

The Ammapettai Police in Salem had registered a case against the politician under five sections of the Indian Penal Code, including sedition. 

As his speech had attracted the wrath of DMK, the local unit of the state ruling party had filed a complaint against Duraimurugan.

However, Seeman's bid of supporting Raghavan has flopped after Tamil Nadu BJP President Annamalai has said that he won't take Seeman's speech seriously.

Days after the release of the video, Seeman has apparently come in support of Raghavan and urged the police to arrest the people who had taken the video covertly.

Several leaders including Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin have paid their tribute to the deceased and expressed their condolences to Seeman and his family. 

Seeman will field the candidates in all the constituencies and setting up a precedent, the party has decided to field men and women on an equal scale.

The political observers say that Rajiv Gandhi's sudden political drama would pour a major setback for Seeman ahead of the assembly polls.

Giving a major shock to the leaders of both Dravidian rivals, the development has come when both the ADMK and DMK are still steering to finalize the alliance and seat-sharing with the allied parties.
