The winners were announced on the occasion of New Year and in the Kollywood arena, Dhanush has got the award of the Best Actor for his splendid acting in 'Asuran'.

Dhanush is going to work with his brother Selvaraghavan for the fourth time after three successful projects of Kadhal Kondein, Pudhupettai, and Mayakkam Enna.

Dhanush is the only Indian star on the cast so far and he will be joining 'Captain America' Chris Evans, Ryan Gosling, Julia Butters, Ana de Armas, Jessica Henwick, and Wagner Moura. 

'The Gray Man' is the second Hollywood movie of the 'Asuran' actor as he had already made his debut by playing a lead role in the film 'The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir', which was released in 2018.

The shooting of the movie had begun earlier this year in Varanasi and it had later witnessed a halt in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak and lockdown.

Dhanush's collaboration with director Vetrimaaran is a special one as the original, raw storytelling of Vetrimaaran is well supported by Dhanush who does real justice to the roles.
