The polls are being held in two phases and the first phase has taken place on Wednesday- October 6 while the second phase has been scheduled for October 9.
Days after the release of the video, Seeman has apparently come in support of Raghavan and urged the police to arrest the people who had taken the video covertly.
Ironically, these two were expelled from the party while Raghavan continues to be a primary member of the party in the albeit of resigning as the General Secretary.
By citing that he has sting videos of around 15 BJP leaders, Madan said that he had picked to publish KT Raghavan's video first as the latter claims to be Mr Clean.
"I met and consulted with K Annamalai. I resign from my party responsibility. I deny the allegations and I will meet (the issue) legally. Dharma will win", Raghavan added.

To display that the stronghold can be built by the young fleet amid veterans, Modi and the BJP Central leadership had unanimously decided to appoint 37-year-old Annamalai as the Tamil Nadu BJP President.
Annamalai had joined BJP in August 2020 and soon after his joining, the party's Central leadership has appointed him as the vice president of the Tamil Nadu BJP unit.
