They also shared a photo of the lead actors and the director mingling with the audience after the show.

The movie has been praised for its realistic and raw depiction of the struggles and atrocities faced by the tribal people who are fighting for their land and rights against powerful forces.

 Peter Hein is the stunt director, while Velraj has done cinematography. Locations like Sathyamangalam, Sirumalai (near Dindigul), and Panrutty played important roles in the making of the film.

The film is produced by Elred Kumar under the banners of RS Infotainment and Grass Root Film Company. 

He also said that Vetrimaaran’s choice of scenes and shots was always spot on and enhanced the impact of the film.

He talked about how much he enjoyed the film and how he has been a fan of Vetri Maaran from his debut movie Polladhavan

The film has music by Ilaiyaraaja and cinematography by Velraj. Viduthalai Part 2 is expected to be a grand spectacle with a whopping budget.

It revolves around a police constable who is recruited to capture the leader of a separatist group that fights against the authorities and the government system.

The director also thanked producer Kathiresan, who launched him as a filmmaker with Polladavan, for inviting him to the audio launch of Rudhran.
