His demise has birthed a void in the musical world, which he ruled for over five decades through his immense and unparalleled contribution.

From devotional, melody, classic, and romance, he ruled the genres and generations with his intimate tone of singing and smiling face.

Bringing the question of what a deadly year 2020 has been so far, his demise had brought in a huge void as he has been a precious asset to the lives that he touched throughout his career.

"His condition in the last 24 hours has deteriorated further warranting maximum life support and he is extremely critical", the hospital said.

Charan said that SPB is watching a lot of Cricket and Tennis on his iPad. He is happy that the seasons have started. He is looking forward to IPL. He is writing and communicating a lot". 

"During this week, he will be able to write to communicate with me. He is also listening to music and tapping to the music and he is also trying to sing and these are very good signs of recovery", Charan added.

His latest update has come hours after he dispelled the rumor that was surfaced around the singer's health that the latter has tested negative for the COVID-19 viral infection.
