The trailer is backed by a haunting background score by Yuvan Shankar Raja, who has composed the music for the film.

The first look poster of the film, which was unveiled in June showed Jayam Ravi in a rugged avatar with Nayanthara.

The film is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, and the film's cinematography is by GK Vishnu and the editing by Ruben.

The film also has a cameo appearance by Deepika Padukone, who plays a wrestler and defeats Shah Rukh in a match.
