Chandramukhi 2 is the sequel to the 2005 blockbuster hit Chandramukhi, which starred Rajinikanth and Jyothika in the lead roles.

The song also hints at the mystery and suspense that surrounds her character, as she is possessed by a vengeful spirit.

The song is composed by M. M. Keeravani, who is making his comeback to Tamil cinema after 22 years. 

The poster has created a buzz among the fans, who are eagerly waiting to see Kangana’s performance in this challenging role.

The poster shows Raghava in a royal attire, walking down the steps of a huge palace, with a devious look on his face.

Murugesan was a loyal servant of Rajinikanth’s character, who was also a hilarious coward and a source of comic relief in the film.

The film will have music by Oscar winner MM Keeravani, cinematography by RD Rajasekar, and art direction by Thotta Tharani.

 They also shared a new poster that showcases the talented actor, Raghava Lawrence, adorned in an enigmatic ensemble, as he dares to peek through the doors of the most famous and mystifying Chandramukhi's room.

The film will also mark Kangana Ranaut’s second Tamil film after her critically acclaimed biopic Thalaivii, based on the life of former Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalithaa.

The sequel also boasts of an impressive star cast, including Lakshmi Menon, Mahima Nambiar, Radhika Sarathkumar, Ravi Maria, Srushti Dange, TM Karthik, and Suresh Menon.
