In a thrilling surprise for his dedicated fan base, the charismatic Thalapathy Vijay has chosen his 49th birthday as the perfect occasion to unveil a special treat. The renowned actor has lifted the veil on the first look poster where the debut single from his highly anticipated upcoming film, Leo, helmed by the visionary director Lokesh Kanagaraj, will be dropped soon.

The mesmerizing first look poster, Vijay's imposing presence takes center stage. Armed with a blood-drenched sledgehammer, he fearlessly confronts a wild boar amidst the lush wilderness. The enigmatic tagline, "In the world of untamed rivers, calm waters either become divine gods or dreaded demons," adds an extra layer of intrigue to the tantalizing plot.

Lokesh Kanagaraj took to Twitter and shared the same, writing, "#LeoFirstLook is here! Happy Birthday @actorvijay anna! Elated to join hands with you again na! Have a blast! #HBDThalapathyVIJAY #Leo" But the excitement doesn't end there. A musical delight awaits fans as well, with the release of the film's first single, "Naa Ready."

Composed by the exceptionally talented Anirudh Ravichander, this lively and infectious tune is sure to set pulses racing and feet tapping, where the lyrics penned by Vishnu Edavan and Asal Kolaaru. Adding to the allure, Vijay himself lends his remarkable vocals, infusing the melody with his unique charm. Fans are doing nothing but patiently waiting for the song release.

Leo is one of the most anticipated movies of the year, as it marks the second collaboration between Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj after the blockbuster Master. The movie is said to be a gangster drama, with Vijay playing a chocolate factory owner who has a hidden past. The movie also features Trisha as the female lead, who has earlier worked with Vijay in movies like Ghilli and Kuruvi. The star-studded cast also includes Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Mysskin, Priya Anand, Gautham Vasudev Menon and others.

The movie is produced by Seven Screen Studio and is slated to release on October 19. The movie will also be dubbed in Telugu and released simultaneously. According to reports, the Telugu theatrical rights of the movie have been sold for a whopping 27 crores, which shows the craze for Vijay in the Tollywood industry.

Leo is expected to be a visual spectacle, with cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa, editing by Philomin Raj and stunt choreography by Anbariv. The movie will also be part of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s cinematic universe, which includes his previous movies Kaithi and Vikram.
