A surprise tweet from Lyca Productions has set a brewing fire if a possible collaboration between two of the biggest stars of Tamil cinema is in the works. The tweet, which announced the directorial debut of Vijay’s son Jason Sanjay, also tagged Ajith’s manager Suresh Chandra, hinting at a potential project involving the two actors.

The tweet read: “We are beyond excited  & proud  to introduce #JasonSanjay in his Directorial Debut  We wish him a career filled with success & contentment  carrying forward the legacy”. Along with the tweet, Lyca Productions also shared a picture of Jason Sanjay posing with a camera with the producers of the banner.

The fans of Vijay were quick to react to the tweet, expressing their excitement and curiosity about the possible collaboration. Some fans started speculating about Jason Sanjay's directorial debut with their favourite actors. The tag simply couldn't capture the sheer thrill and anticipation that the production company had in store for their loyal fans. The banner has also been known for bringing together big names in the industry, such as Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar in 2.0, and Kamal Haasan and Shankar in Indian 2.

If the rumors are true, then this would be the first time that Vijay and Ajith would be associated with the same project, albeit in different capacities. The two actors have only once shared screen space together, in Rajavin Parvayile being contemporaries and rivals for over two decades. They have also maintained a cordial relationship with each other, often praising each other’s work and exchanging pleasantries at public events.
