Yuvan Shankar Raja upcoming projects are, Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai, Iraivan, Kavin05, and for Thalapathy68, which is to be helmed by Venkat Prabhu.

The film is known for its realistic portrayal of characters and situations, which struck a chord with the filmbuffs.

In Tamil, AGS Entertainment of Kalpathi S Aghoram bankrolled the film, where the post theatrical streaming rights were brought and released by Netflix.

Surprisingly, the film's score was composed by the legendary father-and-son duo Ilayaraja and Yuvan Shankar Raja.

A news from Rajinikanth's 171st film is doing the rounds on social media that Pradeep Ranganathan is being promoted to direct the film, after Cibi Chakravarthi been dropped from the project.

It is pertinent to note that Yuvan Shankar Raja was honoured with Kalaimamani Award in 2018 for best music direction.
