Erode district Superintendent of Police (SP) Sasimohan has transferred a special sub-inspector (SSI) and a head constable to the armed reserve force for taking the bribe. 

Sylendra Babu is the 1987 batch IPS officer and he has held several high-ranking posts in the Tamil Nadu police and he is the 30th DGP of Tamil Nadu.
