Kongara is now decorating a prestigious National Award for her masterpiece Soorarai Pottru, which took more awards than any other movie in the recently announced 68th National Film Awards.
Sudha Kongara is presently busy with the Hindi adaptation of 'Soorarai Potru' post-production works and she also confirmed a project with Hombale films.
The video, which caught into the wave of virality, has come with a note that it is not the teaser of the movie and it was shot when the actor was learning about the sport from tamers.
While the Tamil movie 'Soorarai Pottru' has won the award of Best Feature Film, Suriya, who played the lead role in the movie, has won the award for the Best Actor along with Bollywood's Ajay Devgn.
On Friday, Suriya penned a heart-touching statement in which he thanked his fans and well-wishers, besides commending the artists who won the National Awards.
"Our happiness is doubled at this National recognition for Soorarai Pottru as it is a testimony of Sudha Kongara's many years of hard work & creative vision of Captain Gopinath's story", the actor wrote.
Actor Suriya has won the National Award for the first time in his decades-long cinematic career, which has marked a stupendous breakthrough in his already-celebrating career.
Adding to this special screening announcement, the latest reports are surfacing that the movie team of the actor's next Vaadivasal is planning to release a glimpse video of the test shoot on Surya's birthday.
The judge adjourned the hearing on the petition filed by Surya and Gnanavel to July 21 and ordered that no strict action should be taken in the case till then.
