While BJP is not far away from emerging victorious in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, the Central ruling party has been hoping to have a political breakthrough in Puducherry.

On further investigation, it came to light that the man had written posts that had reportedly insulted several other leaders and he had published the posts with the motive of inciting communal violence. 

After the news of his demise headlined, several leaders have been paying tribute to the deceased legislator and expressing their condolences to his family. Shankar was surviving by his wife and two children. 

He had become more addicted to the games and that he realized his state after losing Rs 2 lakh in return for winning Rs 30,000. 

According to Puducherry's health department, the union territory has reported 13,556 cases so far as of August 29 of which 4834 are active, 8511 have been discharged, and 211 had succumbed to the viral infection.

The incident has happened in Villianur in Puducherry and upon the investigation, the police department has ruled out the involvement of any cause intended to create any untoward incident.

Congress leaders stated that if these children opt for the Karunanidhi scheme, they would be opting out of the Rajiv Gandhi scheme.

Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry Kiran Bedi has said that the workers who involved in this incident have been issued with the show-cause notices. 

The Chief Minister and the Lieutenant Governor have been exhibiting their powers from both sides of the aisle causing a chaotic atmosphere on the state machinery.

The Congress ruling state has already imposed a curfew to refrain the movement of the people towards containing the spread of the pandemic.
