Modi is expected to contest from both these constituencies like how he did during the 2014 Lok Sabha polls when he contested from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and from Vadodara, Gujarat.

As BJP is building its plan, all other parties have also been ramping up their prepardness to lock horns with their rivals in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. 

During the hearing, Chidambaram contended that, "Even if this court cannot strike down demonetisation now that it has started hearing this case six years later, this court can pronounce on the decision making process and the decision."
