Amidst being in the litmus test to mitigate the wave against him, Annamalai is sparking a new anti-DMK wave by targeting the party by levelling corruption charges.

On the other hand, the ADR report has also said that out of the 30 Chief Ministers, 13 Chief Ministers (43 per cent) have declared serious criminal cases against them.

If the company is convicted of the same offense a second time, it will be subject to a maximum five-year prison sentence and a fine of up to Rs. 10 lakh.
