On Tuesday - November 7, Mizoram has begun voting to elect a new government and a single-phase polling is underway in all the constituencies in the midst of heavy security deployment.
The cases were filed against four Assam police personnel and two administration officials and all of them were summoned by the Mizoram police for investigation on Sunday.
