The collector said that if a person has received the first dose of the vaccine and is yet to get the due for the second dose, they are allowed to venture into public places.

While there has been a global sense and debate over whether or not to take the Covid-19 booster vaccines, India has preferred to stay off from unfolding the campaign for booster vaccines now.

From historical sites, government offices, to aircraft, India had celebrated the milestone by commending the efforts and sacrifice of the frontline workers.

As the sequel of the new record, the daily vaccinations in India had crossed the one-crore mark for the fourth time in less than a month.

The Central ruling party has decided to celebrate Modi's birthday by inoculating a maximum number of vaccine doses across the country. 

So far, Tamil Nadu has administered over 2 crore vaccine doses and recently, the state has recorded the single-day peak by administering over 5 lakh shots in a day.
