Every day that goes by, the much-anticipated film Leo, which was directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, improves both in scope and quality. Leo is one of the most anticipated films of the year, as it marks the second collaboration between Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj, who delivered a blockbuster with Vikram last year. 

The film is expected to be a stylish and action-packed thriller that will showcase Vijay in a new avatar. The film is slated to release on Diwali this year. The latest buzz is that young and talented actress Madonna Sebastian has joined the sets of the film and is shaking a leg with Vijay for the grand introduction song.

The song, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, where sources say that is a peppy and energetic number that will highlight Vijay's flair and Madonna's grace. The song is being choreographed by Sathish and shot in a lavish set erected in Chennai, with 500 dancers stepping along with the actor.

Madonna, who made her debut in Tamil with Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum, and is also known for her roles in Premam, Kavan and Junga.  Sanjay Dutt, who plays the antagonist in the film, has also wrapped up his shoot in Kashmir and is set to join the team later. The team plans to complete the entire shooting schedule by May, with a short schedule planned in Chennai before heading to Hyderabad to shoot the climax sequence at Ramoji Film City.
