Fans to brace themselves for some disappointing news. Regrettably, the fervent anticipation of fans for a glimpse of their beloved idol on the grand stage famously referred to as the "Kutty Story," has been met with a tinge of sorrow. The star-studded audio launch event, originally destined to be a spectacular affair with masses of admirers eagerly awaiting Leo's words, has now been cloaked in disappointment.

The much-awaited audio launch of Vijay's upcoming film, Leo, has been cancelled by the makers. This announcement comes courtesy of Seven Screen Studio, the esteemed production house announced that arises of a profound concern for safety and an unprecedented demand for coveted passes, the event was cancelled.

The studio said that they respect the fans' wishes and will keep them engaged with frequent updates on the film. They also clarified that the cancellation was not due to any political pressure or any other reasons. They wrote by taking to X, "Considering overflowing passes requests & safety constraints, we have decided not to conduct the Leo Audio Launch. In respect of the fans' wishes, we will keep you engaged with frequent updates,"

"P.S. As many would imagine, this is not due to political pressure or any other reasons." they ended. Leo is one of the most anticipated films of the year, starring Leo as an alter ego as a gangster. The film is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is known for his stylish and gritty action thrillers. 

Further compounding the disappointment, fans of Tamil Nadu shall have to endure a longer wait to witness the film, as the theatres in Tamil Nadu will host the first showing at 9 AM, but shows in other states commence as early as 4 AM or 5 AM. This means that fans outside Tamil Nadu will have to avoid spoilers and social media until they get to see the film.

The music of the film is composed by Anirudh, The film is slated to release on October 19, 2023. The movie has a runtime of 2 hours and 39 minutes. The movie have star-studded cast including Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Action King Arjun, Priya Anand, Sandy, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mathew Thomas, Gautham Menon and others.

Considering overflowing passes requests & safety constraints, we have decided not to conduct the Leo Audio Launch.
