It's Official! Lokesh Kanagaraj - Vijay's Leo gearing up for the Television Premiere!

The wait is over for the fans, as  Thalapathy Vijay's latest hit ‘Leo’ is all set to make its television debut on Pongal. The action-packed thriller, which smashed box office records when it released on October 19, 2023, will be aired on a popular Tamil channel on the auspicious occasion of the Pongal festival.

Sun TV, the leading satellite home banner took to X, wrote, "Nanbas and Nanbis.. Are you ready for the Bloody sweet Pongal?  LEO | WORLD TELEVISION PREMIERE | JAN 15 | 6:30 PM". As per the update, the actioner is to debut on January 15th at 6.30 PM.

‘Leo’ is a gripping tale of a secret agent who goes undercover to expose a deadly conspiracy that threatens the nation. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and co-produced by S. S. Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studios and Jagadish Palanisamy.

The film boasts of a stellar star cast that includes Vijay, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Trisha, Madonna Sebastian, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, George Maryan, Priya Anand, and Mathew Thomas. The film received rave reviews from critics and audiences alike, who praised the performances, the screenplay, the cinematography, and the music.

Anirudh Ravichander’s electrifying score added to the thrill and excitement of the film, creating some thunderous hit songs and background tracks. Manoj Paramahamsa’s stunning visuals captured the action and the emotions of the characters, while Philomin Raj’s crisp editing kept the pace and the suspense intact.
