Thalapathy 67 is an upcoming flick that will be helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj through which he will mark his second collaboration with actor Vijay. It is said to be a gangster movie that would have all the ingredients for a great deal of action. 

The latest murmuring buzz states that Lokesh Kanagaraj has approached Vishal to portray a powerful role in this gangster drama, after well-known Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly was approached for the antagonistic role in "Thalapathy 67". Earlier rumors claimed that Nivin Pauly was in negotiations for the film's antagonistic role; however, this has not yet been confirmed.

It was initially found that Prithviraj Sukumaran might be playing the antagonist in "Thalapathy 67." However, the actor had to cancel because of his commitment to several upcoming projects. Fans can expect strong action sequences from both the Thalapathy and the Puratchi Thalapathy if this turns out to be true. 

Fans can only wait for the official announcement from the producers, which is anticipated to be made in December of this year, as the director has already stated. The star of everyone's favorite love story, Premam, Nivin Pauly, who also enjoys a strong following in Kollywood, is officially appearing in the Ram-directed Tamil film "Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai". 

"Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai," also stars Anjali and Soori. Vishal, on the other hand, has two upcoming films: "Laththi," a police drama produced by RANA, in which Sunainaa co-stars, and "Mark Antony," the elevated film from director Adhik Ravichandran.
