'In the voice of Thalapathy Vijay': Varisu's first single promo is out...Fans go agog!

The wait braced up by the ardent fans of Vijay for the first single promo from the movie 'Varisu' is over as the promo has arrived as announced and has been garnering a grand reception. The makers during the morning hours of Thursday - November 3 said that the first single promo will be released at 6.30 pm. As the fans have gone agog over the promo, they can finally put their anticipation to rest. 

The first single, titled 'Ranjithame', has a classy unveiling by the makers. Interestingly, the song was sung by actor Vijay himself. The promo runs for over 30 seconds and has been going viral on social media. Ever since the promo was released, it has been gaining massive traction and reach across and beyond borders. By the time of writing this content, the promo has got over 1.5 million views on YouTube within an hour of its release. 

While Varisu is bankrolled by Dil Raju under his banner 'Sri Venkateswara Creations', the movie is directed by Vamshi Paidipally. Thaman S, who has collaborated with Vijay for the first time, composed the music and as per the update, the full version of the first single 'Ranjithame' will be released on Saturday - November 5. The lyrics for the song were penned by Vivek and T-Series has acquired the audio rights for Varisu. 

Since it'd versed that the film features the Thalapathy in a clean family film like Poove Unakkaga and Thulladha Manamum Thullum, Varisu has become one of Vijay fans' most eagerly anticipated movies in recent years. While Vijay plays the lead role, Rashmika Mandanna will play the female lead and it also stars Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Yogi Babu, Jayasudha, Sangeetha Krish, Shaam, Srikanth, and Samyuktha Shanmughanathan in important roles.
