Popular actor Jai has once again opened up about his desire to act with Vijay. Jai has collaborated with most of the big stars in Tamil Cinema, including Vijay, Jiiva, and Arya. The actor most recently appeared in the Sundar C-directed movie Coffee with Kadhal, in which he collaborated with Jiiva and Srikanth.
Jai has certainly worked with other actors before to share screen space, but he wants to collaborate with Vijay once more and is waiting for the right opportunity, the actor revealed in the latest media briefing. Jai has made his debut in cinema by playing a brother to actor Vijay in the movie 'Bagavathi' which was released in 2002. The movie, directed by Venkatesh, earned positive reviews.
Bagavathi celebrated its 20th anniversary on Friday - November 4 and fans celebrated on social media by making Bagavathi and Vijay hashtags trend. Jai talked about his experience working with Vijay on "Bagavathi" and his first time being on camera during the most recent media event. He said that Vijay was friendly with him and they had a memorable time together while filming the movie.
Jai said he would like to collaborate with Vijay once again on a movie, and he even expressed his eagerness to join hands with Thalapathy. Previously, Jai shared that Vijay turned his request of acting with him down earlier and told Jai to focus on playing the lead roles and he has been a well-known actor. On Friday, Jai took the prospect to reiterate his eagerness to act with Vijay.
Twenty years after the actor's Baghavathi got released on November 4, 2002, Jai's coffee with Kadhal has now been running in theatres. Sundar C wrote and directed this heartwarming romantic comedy family drama, which Khushbu, A. C. S. Arun Kumar, and A. C. Shanmugam produced through their companies, Avni Cinemax and Benzz Media.
Jiiva, Jai, and Srikanth are the film's main actors, and other notable performers include Malvika Sharma (making her Tamil film debut), Amritha Aiyer, Raiza Wilson, Aishwarya Dutta, Samyuktha Shanmuganathan, and Dhivyadharshini. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the soundtrack and score for the movie. E. Krishnasamy handled the photography, and Fenny Oliver handled the editing.
