Undoubtedly, Nayanthara wedded to Vignesh Shivan this year, following their protracted relationship for a few years, was the biggest surprise in Kollywood. The fact that their wedding will also be a Netflix documentary is a special treat for their fans on top of the joyous news of them tying the knot. The OTT giant on Saturday, released a promo as fans waited for its official streaming, and it is nothing but a pouring of the pure twinkling fairy tale of the trendiest couple. The documentary's title, "Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairytale," was also revealed by Netflix last month in August.
The emphasis of the one-minute video, is on the couple sitting together on the couch and conversing about their inspiring love story. The lady superstar shares, " I don't understand the tags, I don't understand the title.." She says, "I was not a filmy kid. I'm just a normal person, who wants to give her hundred percent in whatever she does.", where the filmmaker and her husband Vignesh Shivan speaks, "More than Nayanthara, the actress...she is a wonderful human being."
Netflix India took us to Twitter and tensing us with beautiful promo, and wrote, "Beyond the flashlights and fame, there lives a dream named Nayanthara #Tudum presents the story of her rise to superstardom - Nayanthara : Beyond the Fairy Tale, coming soon!"
The star couple had tied the knot in Mahabalipuram on the outskirts of Chennai on June 9 and to prevent any form of media leak from the wedding ceremony, there was intense security surrounding the occasion. The wedding became the viral headliner with the exclusive cine stars as guests including Shah Rukh Khan, Rajinikanth, AR Rahman, Suriya, Karthi, and Vijay Sethupathi Gautham Vasudev Menon, and Atlee are among some of the high-profile guests who attended the wedding ceremony.
