The battle between Ajith's Thunivu and Vijay's Varisu will take place during Pongal 2023 in Tamil Nadu, and everyone in the state is getting too excited to witness it. Speculative reports suggest that after the release of Thunivu, the ultimate star will begin filming AK62 with Vignesh Shivan. However, before that, he will take a brief break by touring in his bike across the continents.

The actor Ajith Kumar, who was seen sporting a long beard in H Vinod's Thunivu, has all of a sudden switched to a look that is in line with the trend of having a clean-shaven appearance over the past few days. Fans are asserting that the new appearance has been opted upon for his upcoming project AK62.

According to the most recent rumors, makers have approached Dhanush about playing the lead antagonist in his next film, which is tentatively titled AK 62. It has been said that this character is insanely deadly, much like the role that Dhanush played in his Hollywood blockbuster "The Gray Man." Kollywood murmurings also state that Vignesh Shivan's wife and lady superstar Nayanthara to play the female lead in AK62. However, the official confirmation is yet to confirm which will possibly drop after Thunivu's release and in early 2023.

Dhanush is currently filming Arun Matheshwaran's pump action Captain Miller, and his next release, directed by Venky Atluri and set for the first quarter of 2023, is titled Vaathi/Sir. Whereas Boney Kapoor is producing Ajith's upcoming blockbuster, "Thunivu," under the direction of H. Vinoth, and Ghibran is composing the film's score. It features the acting talents of Ajith, Manju Warrier, John Kokken, Pavni, Amir, Cibi, and Samuthirakani.
