Thalapathy Vijay spotted after a 'big' meet: Video goes viral...What's going on?

In what has become the biggest sensation in Kollywood and a relishing moment for Thalapathy fans, Actor Vijay was spotted in public after a long time when he was exiting director Atlee's office in Chennai and the surprising meet has been doing rounds on social media as the meet had stirred speculations that Vijay is reunifying with Atlee after 'Master'. 

Vijay was spotted in Atlee's office on Thursday -December 3 and the video of Vijay exiting the director's office and embarking into his BMW car has been rampantly spread on social media and shared by his ardent fans with the prefix that one of the successful pairs is coming together to present yet another special treat. 

According to reports, Vijay and Atlee could have possibly discussed what would be Thalapathy 65 and if the actor is confirmed to be working with Atlee after 'Master', it would be the fourth project between Vijay and Atlee after 'Mersal', 'Theri', and 'Bigil'. These three movies had got added to the significant movies in the careers of both Vijay and Atlee as the movies had got greater reception from the fans and audience. 

The fame of the partnership put them to huge popularity and if all go as speculated, Vijay would be joining hands with Atlee by next year, possibly for Thalapthy 65. Initially, it was reported that AR Murugadoss would be teaming up with Vijay for Thalapathy 65 and the movie would be produced by Sun Pictures. However, Murugadoss was said to have some issues following which he stayed off from the project. 

After Murugadoss had stayed off, notable directors including Sudha Kongara, Nelson Dhilipkumar, SJ Suriya, and Magizh Thirumeni were on the fray of directing Vijay in Thalapathy 65. However, there has no official announcement about who would be directing the Thalapathy. Amid such developments, Vijay has held a sudden meeting with Atlee on Thursday which sparked speculations whether Vijay and Atlee are joining hands for the fourth time. 

Finally, Vijay and Atlee had worked in 'Bigil' which was released during Diwali 2019. Bigil was a sports drama that had Vijay as a football coach and while Vijay played the lead, Nayanthara, Yogi Babu, Daniel Balaji, Kathir, Vivek, and Anandraj had played in the important roles. While the movie was bankrolled by AGS Entertainment, Oscar-winning music composer AR Rahman had composed music. With a reputed crew, the movie had collected around Rs 300 crore at the box office, becoming Thalapathy's highest-grossing film so far. 

Following Bigil, Vijay has done acting in Lokesh Kanagaraj's directorial 'Master' and the movie has been slated for release during Pongal 2021. The movie will feature Vijay as a college professor and it will also be featuring Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, and Gauri Kishan in important roles. Bankrolled by Xavier Britto's 'XB Film Creators', Anirudh has composed the music, and recently, the movie's teaser was released and it has created history by becoming the most liked teaser on Youtube in India, which had shown how the fans and audiences are waiting for the movie. Vijay's meet with Atlee has created a sensation in Kollywood and it has come at a high time when Vijay's fans are celebrating the milestone of the actor as he has completed 28 years in cinema. 

On the other hand, Atlee had recently confirmed that he will be directing Telugu star Junior NTR in a Telugu movie. Days before Vijay's meeting with Atlee, Junior NTR had met Atlee last week in Chennai for a story discussion of their upcoming project. The reports say that Junior NTR and Atlee will be joining hands for the first time and they would start the shooting in the second half of next year. 

Atlee has also been surfaced with speculations that he would be making his debut in Bollywood and would be directing Shah Rukh Khan. It was speculated that the movie was titled 'Sanki' in which the Bollywood megastar would be playing dual roles. However, the reports suggest that Atlee's movie with Shah Rukh Khan has been postponed.
