Thalapathy Vijay is in 'Beast' mode...Thalapathy 65 first look is released as Vijay's birthday special!

Finally, what has been expected by the ardent fans of Thalapathy Vijay has arrived. It has arrived on the sea of fans and supporters, hours ahead of Vijay's 47th birthday. Vijay will be celebrating his birthday on June 22 and in the evening hours of Monday, Vijay fans had got a major unveiling which has become the actor's birthday special. Yes, the first look of Thalapathy 65 is released along with the movie title. 

Thalapathy 65 has been named as 'Beast' and the first look with Vijay holding a rifle with a backdrop of tear gas has been going viral. As announced that the first look will be unveiled on June 21 at 6 pm,  the movie producer Sun Pictures took to Twitter and released the movie name and the first look. The production house wrote, "#Thalapathy65 is #BEAST." It also has tagged the Twitter handles of actor Vijay and important cast and crew members. 

Sharing the first look and the movie name, Vijay had posted the hashtag #Beast. The fans are celebrating the announcement and the first look with several of them stating that Vijay has gone to the next level as 'Beast' from 'Master'. They are rampantly sharing the announcement, which had become Vijay's birthday gift to the fans. With the announcement, Beast has fueled the anticipations and expectations to watch the actor on the big screens. 

Bankrolled by Kalanthi Maran under the banners of Sun Pictures, Beast is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, who joins with Vijay for the first time. While Vijay plays the lead role, Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead and through Beast, Hegde is coming back to Kollywood after eight years. The music is composed by Anirudh while Yogi Babu and Aparna Das will be playing important roles. 

The first schedule of the shooting has been completed in Georgia and the shooting was then paused owing to the pandemic and lockdown. The movie team was pacing up to complete the shooting and as the movie has been officially named and the first look has been released, it has been expected that the shooting will resume with the latest relaxations from the state government. The final phase of the movie will be reaching the conclusion and the movie may hit the screens by this year-end or at the beginning of the next year. 

Director Nelson Dilipkumar took to Twitter and wrote, "#BEAST it is. Happy to unveil the first look of this special film with my favourite and sweetest #Thalapathy @actorvijay sir. Hearty thanks to @SunPictures." Actress Pooja Hegde wrote, "With a whole lot of swag...#BEAST." Based on the first look, it has been predicted that 'Beast' would be an action-commercial entertainer. On the other hand, the fans have created and have been circulating the Common Display Picture for Vijay's birthday.
