The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Edappadi K. Palanichamy has proposed to provide a total relief of Rs. 10 lakhs each from the State Disaster Relief Fund.

Burevi cyclone was downgraded to deep depression and hovering over Ramnath
district for past 30 hours.

The concerned district administrations and the Tamil Nadu state government have deployed necessary measures to tackle and address the damages caused by Cyclone Burevi.
