As the central-ruling BJP has already begun its pitch for the 2024 polls, a controversial Hindutva leader in Tamil Nadu has come up with a weird wish.

As BJP is building its plan, all other parties have also been ramping up their prepardness to lock horns with their rivals in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. 

The ban has been imposed under Section 3 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. 

The centre has also banned eight outfits that were associated with PFI and the clampdown has come when the central agencies have carried out unprecedented raids against the front and its leaders.

TRS leader Y Sathish Reddy took to Twitter and wrote, "Telangana BJP state president MP Bandi Sanjay rushing to give footwear to his colleague MP Amit Shah!."

Prime Minister Modi praised both Naqvi and Singh for their contribution to the country during their tenure as they attended their last cabinet meeting on Wednesday. 

The party's hunger strike in Chennai's Valluvar Kottam was presided by Tamil Nadu BJP President Annamalai and senior BJP leader Radha Ravi took part in the event.
