Ten days after the news of Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan parenting controversy was made peace, the latest development has been suggested that the star couple violated the rules on surrogacy issue.  The celebrity couple tied the knot this June, and when Vignesh Shivan announced the birth of twin baby boys recently, social media erupted with heating talks about the means of delivery. 

Health Minister M. Subramanian said in a press conference, "A four-person committee to look into the Nayanthara situation has been formed. A committee investigation is underway. The violation committed by the couple will be known based on the complete report. Whether the type of violation was legal or not, the complete information will be then disclosed."

It is noteworthy that Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan wished their fans a very happy Diwali with their twins yesterday. The health department conducted an inquiry with the hospital management regarding the surrogate mother issue. The investigations carried out by the health authorities so far have revealed that the hospital management has violated the rules. It has also been informed that legal action will be taken if the explanation given by the concerned hospital is not satisfactory.

According to earlier reports, there are no indications of a violation, and the couple has already turned in the next round of official documents. Pertaining to their most recent official submission, celebrity couple Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara revealed that they were legally wed six years ago, which means they got married in a year after falling in love.
