Is Nayanthara BJP's next target in Tamil Nadu?

In the middle of being the epicenter of the major cracks, controversies, criticism, and slowdown across the nation, the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party has been cementing and gluing its path in circling the stardoms and celebrities towards its ring of fire to enhance the base of the party and the party-centric stronghold in the states in which the party desperately needs to hoist its flag.

Tamil Nadu is one among such states that has been backtracking the party from saffronizing India. Since the party retained the power at the Center with the huge mandate, it has been strongly concentrating the state of Tamil Nadu where BJP observes alliance with the ruling ADMK party and the Hindutva party has been unleashing its politics in the loopholes to surpass the Dravidian agenda in the state. One among such loopholes to stay close to the people is to web the movie stars who are familiar with the people by holding the stardom.  Superstar Rajinikanth, who expressed his political interest, has been anticipated to ally BJP in mapping the state from red to saffron and Rajinikanth has been branded as an unofficial face of the BJP that he unmasked through his Hindutva comments earlier which had brought him more controversies.

Despite the accusations, Rajinikanth claimed that he would be starting a new political party and asserted that he won't ally with the BJP and although he has been speculated to be the face of Tamil Nadu BJP, the Central ruling party has been aiming to bait Rajini's female counterpart, Lady Superstar Nayanthara into its boat as recently, our sources have revealed that BJP has held talks with Nayanthara over inducting her into the party. Nayanthara is in the queue now after BJP had harbored Actors Namitha and Radha Ravi into its shores recently.

Unlike any other party, BJP holds the name of having the support and the presence of more celebrities and some of the notable faces include Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir who is currently BJP MP so is veteran actor Sunny Doel who is also BJP MP and Isha Koppikar who joined the BJP in January 2019 while some of the actors have been supporting the party regardless of its biased governance. Similarly, BJP's Tamil Nadu wing is known for being packed with the veteran Tamil artists like Radha Ravi, Kutty Padmini, S V Sekhar, Gangaiamaran, Namitha, and Gayathri Raghuram and this fleet of actors has been the counter defense for the critics against the BJP.

In this fleet, Gangai Amaran is the important one who contested as BJP's candidate in R K Nagar in 2016 by-elections in which he was defeated and in line with that S V Sekhar has been fond of getting into the controversies that had diminished the base of the party. Recently, this fleet of actors had tabled a meeting in Chennai along with former Central Minister Pon Radhakrishnan and the state's BJP leader Vanathi Srinivasan- who is in the race of becoming the president of the state's party wing that has been vacant since Tamilisai Soundarajan had departed for Telangana as the state's governor and the meeting was conveyed with the motive of organizing the activities to strengthen the party in Tamil Nadu.

Our sources have revealed that Nayanthara, who often visits the Hindu temples across the nation, had visited Lord Muruga Temple in Tiruchendur, Tamil Nadu along with her partner Vignesh Shivan during which BJP's party man and former MP of Krishnagiri Naramsimhan had met the Lady superstar and invited her to join the party and when Nayanthara was invited to Delhi, our sources had said that Nayanthara asserted to visit Delhi only if she meets Prime Minister Modi.

Again on December 17th, Nayanthara had toured Lord Ayya Vaikundar Temple in Kanyakumari in the sidelines of the movie shoot and this temple is widely known for having closer ties with the politics as former Prime Ministers Chandrasekar and Deve Gowda visited this temple after which they became Prime Ministers and after Jayalalithaa lost her power in the state, she worshipped in this temple following which she retained the power in 2001. Tamil Nadu has already witnessed Lady Superstar in the political throne. Will Nayanthara be the next?
