'For my dear Thalapathy': Simbu responds after his electrifying combo with Vijay wins millions of hearts!

Popular actor Simbu has made a splash over his electrifying combo with Vijay in the second single of 'Varisu' which won the hearts of millions across and beyond the borders. As the second single 'Thee' is trending on social media, Simbu's endearing response has turned heads as the fans relish the double delight from the movie makers. 

Varisu's Vijay upcoming flick which will be getting released during Pongal 2023. The first single 'Ranjithame' was released a few weeks ago and had a stupendous reception. The movie team decided to release the second single during the occasion of Vijay's 30 years in the cinema industry. Late last week, the makers announced that the second single 'Thee' will be released on Sunday and it was officially announced that Simbu has sung the song while the lyrics were penned by Vivek. 

On Sunday, the fans had a surreal treat from the makers as they released Varisu's second single 'Thee', which beyond being a song, became more special as it was unveiled as a tribute to Vijay who marked thirty years in his cinema career.  It didn't end just as a song as what stirred a state of euphoria is an electrifying appearance from popular actor Simbu. It was a treat for the fans as the unseen combo of Vijay and Simbu came together and set the screen on fire. 

On Saturday, Varisu's producer took to Twitter and wrote, "Thank you Silambarasan sir for making Thee Thalapathy much more special with your voice. Varisu second single from tomorrow 4 pm." The movie's director Vamshi Paidipally wrote, "Thank you Silambarasan sir. You made Thee Thalapathy a memorable experience...it means a lot to us for what all you have done to make this song so special." 

After teasing the fans and charged their expectations, the makers released the song at 4 pm on Sunday. The production house wrote, "Dedicating Thee Thalapathy as a treat to 3 decades of Vijayism. Celebrating Thalapathy, from our hearts to yours." The second single was as classy as captivating and it certainly was a complete recipe that served to the fans as a double delight. 

The second single, which runs for little over four minutes, was shot with an electrifying background and Simbu had fueled the flames with his vocals and dance. The song had the features of Vijay, lyricist Vivek, and choreographer Sandy and ends with a note, "A tribute to Thalapathy". The second single is ruling the trending chart as it is crossing millions of views. 

As the song is going super viral, actor Simbu has extended his wishes to the Varisu team. Taking to Twitter on Sunday, Simbu wrote, "Thee Thalapathy for my dear Thalapathy Actor Vijay na and darling Thaman. Best wishes to the whole team." Varisu is bankrolled by Dil Raju's Sri Venkateswara Creations and while Vijay plays the lead role, Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead and Shaam, Prabhu, Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Khusbu, and Yogi Babu play important roles. Thaman has composed the music and Varisu will most likely be hitting the screens on January 12, 2023, locking horns with Ajith's 'Thunivu'.
