The much-awaited film Leo, starring Vijay and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, has set the box office on fire with its phenomenal opening day collection. The action-packed thriller has raked in a whopping Rs 135 crore worldwide on its first day, smashing the records of all previous Tamil films.

Leo has received rave reviews from critics and audiences alike for the stunning action sequences, and especially for Vijay’s never-before-seen performance.  In Tamil Nadu, Leo has created history by becoming the highest-grossing film on day 1, with a gross collection of Rs 38 crore.
