Happy news for the Vijay fans! Here's the official Trailer update from the makers of Varisu

The highly anticipated film Varisu, starring Thalapathy Vijay, is almost here. The catchy tunes and slick first look posters have gotten attention. The production team confirmed today the viral speculations about the highly anticipated trailer on Tuesday evening. Taking into account the film's genre and Vijay's style of films, we can anticipate a moving yet action-packed trailer with family-oriented themes.

Vamshi Paidapally helms the family-friendly flick Varisu. Dil Raju, bankrolling the film under his Sri Venkateswara creations banner, took to Twitter and shared the massive update the fans were waiting for long. He wrote " #VaaThalaivaa it’s time for #VarisuTrailer Releasing Tomorrow at 5 PM on @SunTV YouTube channel See ‘U’ soon nanba #VarisuGetsCleanU". The film features Rashmika Mandanna of Pushpa fame as the leading lady which marks her first collaboration with Thalapathy Vijay.

As per the official update, the film's trailer will be released on 5pm on Wednesday on Sun TV YouTube channel. The film in Telugu version titled Vaarasudu which also be released for Pongal on Thursday, January 12, 2023. The film received a clean U certificate from the censors, and its official running time is 2 hours and 49 minutes as per latest confirmed reports.

R Sarathkumar, Shaam, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Ganesh Venkatraman and Khushbu playes supporting roles. KL Praveen is in charge of editing, while Karthick Palani handles cinematography. The film's co-producers are Sri Harshith Reddy and Sri Hanshitha, and Sunil Babu and Vaishnavi Reddy are the production designers.

Music for Varisu is by Thaman and the film is a trilingual, along with Tamil and Telugu the Vijay starrer will be released in Hindi titled Vaaris. Cinematography is by Karthik Phalani and editing is by Praveen KL, and Dhilip Subbarayan has handled some of the stunt scenes.
