Thalapathy's upcoming film, G.O.A.T (Greatest Of All Time), is not only special for sci-fi actioner, but also to surprise fans with a musical treat. The film will feature the legendary composer Ilaiyaraaja, who will be singing a song with Vijay after 23 years. The duo had last collaborated for the 1997 film Kadalukku Mariyathai, which was a blockbuster hit.

The song will be composed by Ilaiyaraaja’s son and ace music director Yuvan Shankar Raja, while the lyrics will be written by Gangai Amaren. G.O.A.T is directed by Venkat Prabhu, who is known for his innovative and entertaining films. The film's posters hinting a unique time-travel plot, which will showcase Vijay in different roles and eras.

The film also uses cutting-edge de-aging techniques, which will make Vijay look younger and more dynamic. The film’s posters have already created a buzz among the fans, as they show Vijay in a fierce and futuristic avatar.

The film is produced by AGS Entertainment, and has a stellar star cast that includes PrabhuDeva, Prashanth, Sneha, Laila, Meenakshi Chowdry, Ajmal, Mic Mohan, Jayaram, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Vaibhav, Premji, Aravind Akash and Ajay Raj. The film’s cinematography is done by Siddharth Nuni, while the editing is done by Venkat Raajen. The film’s stunts are choreographed by Dileep Subbarrayan.
