For the first time, Sai Pallavi joins hands with Suriya and Jyothika for her next gripping drama!

For the first time, Premam fame Sai Pallavi has joined hands with Suriya and Jyothika for her next project of what has been touted to be a gripping drama movie. Sai Pallavi's next movie 'Gargi' will be presented by Suriya and Jyothika under their own banner '2D Entertainment'. Reacting to the movie, Suriya has said that films that have new writing and fresh thoughts should be celebrated. 

Sai Pallavi is known for her movies Maari 2 and NGK. She had been busy working with the Telugu projects. Her latest released 'Shyam Singha Roy' and 'Virata Parvam' received a good reception in the theatres. 'Gargi' is an upcoming movie written and directed by Gautham Ramachandran. The movie is being made as a multi-lingual release - Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. 

Govind Vasantha has composed the music for the movie while Sraiyanti has done cinematography. The film is co-produced by Shakti Film Factory and Black Genie Productions. The movie will be presented by 2D Entertainment. In a statement, Team Gargi said, "It is just the same for us when Suriya and Jyothika joined hands with us in this project. It gives us immense pleasure and we are very excited and happy about this association." 

"We sincerely thank our distributors Sakthivelan and Rajasekara Pandian, for their extended support in creating this association." Taking to Twitter, Suriya released the first look poster of 'Gargi' on Friday and said, "Jo and I are glad to associate with team Gargi. Some characters just stay in our minds! New thoughts and writing must be celebrated! Hope you all like it!" 

Actress Sai Pallavi wrote, "Thank you actor Suriya sir and Jyothika mam for the kind gesture. This means a lot." Pallavi has featured in the poster, sporting a profound innocent look, and looking through rusty broken window.
