Actor Vijay has on Thursday filed a complaint with the Chennai police demanding the law enforcement agency to take action against the tenants who refuse to vacate from his flat in Chennai.
According to reports, Vijay owns an apartment in Saligramam, Chennai in which two people who belong to Vijay Makkal Iyakkam were staying for rent. They were identified as Raviraja and AC Kumar. While Raviraja was the Secretary of Vijay Makkal Iyakkam, Kumar was the deputy secretary of the actor's outfit.
They both were staying at the flat that belongs to Vijay in Saligramam. However, Raviraja and Kumar were recently expelled from the Vijay Makkal Iyakkam. Bussy Anand, who is the in-charge of the outfit had expelled them following which Raviraja and Kumar were asked to vacate the flat immediately.
However, the reports say that they had refused to vacate and stood against their removal from the outfit. The actor has also asked to vacate the flat and as they refused to leave the actor's property, Vijay has now approached the police to vacate them from the flat. Vijay had on Thursday moved his complaint to the Virugambakkam police in Chennai. On his behalf, his legal team had moved the complaint to the police and demanded proper action of vacating the duo from the actor's flat.
The reports say that Bussy Anand had removed Raviraja and AC Kumar from the outfit last November. They were expelled under the grounds that they violated the principles and harmed the goodwill of the Vijay Makkal Iyakkam and they were accused of spreading false news and the members of the outfit were also asked not to have contact with these two expelled members.
Raviraja and Kumar were also accused of supporting Vijay's father SA Chandrasekhar in his bid to convert the fan club into a political party. On the work front, Vijay's much-anticipated movie 'Master' is six days away from the release and the movie will be hitting the big screens on January 13, during the Pongal holidays, across the state. After 'Master', Vijay will be joining hands with 'Kolamavu Kokila' fame Nelson Dhilipkumar for the next project. Tentatively named 'Thalapathy 65', the movie will be bankrolled by Sun Pictures while Anirudh will be composing music.
