"The world is witnessing it now" This popular Tamil star lauds Selvaraghavan's latest release Bakasuran

Directed by Mohan G, Bakasuran starring Selvaraghavan in the lead released on February 17th, have a serious plot revolving social issue focused on women and cyber harassment. The flick marks Selva's third actorial debut after Saani Kaayidham and Beast. The film seems to be getting applause from the moviegoers especially for the director-turned-actor has been getting rave reviews for his portrayal of a father in the film.

Actor Karthi took to Twitter on Sunday night and penned,  "It’s good to see @selvaragavan becoming a full-fledged actor and playing the lead. Only a handful of us knew what a brilliant actor he is but the world is witnessing it now. Congratulations #Bakasuran Team!!". It's worth to note that he played the lead in Selvaraghavan's directorial Aayirathil Oruvan.

Earlier Bollywood director-actor Anurag Kashyap has also praised the social drama as he wrote, "#Bakasuran Hearing good word of mouth for this movie in South... Congrats my friend @natty_nataraj & Dir @selvaraghavan" The film's running time is 2 hours and 34 minutes and has released  over 300 screens in Tamil Nadu as per reports.

Sam CS has composed the music Devaraj S and Farook J Basha have handled editing and cinematography respectively. Mirattal Selva has choreographed action sequences while Johny has composed dance moves.  'Bakasuran'

Subramaniyan, Radharavi, Rajan K, Rams, Saravanan Subbiah, D Gunanithi, Tarakshi, Mansoor Ali Khan, Devadharshini, P L Thennappan, Cool Suresh, Sasi Laya, Lavanya, Pondy Ravi, Kuty Gopi, Arunodhayan are playing vital roles. The total budget of this film is said to be around 10 crores. And it already collected around 1.80 crores at box office as per insiders' reports.
