The countdown has begun for the release of one of the most anticipated movies of the year, ‘Iraivan’, starring Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara in the lead roles. The movie, directed by I. Ahmed, is a thriller that revolves around a mysterious serial killer who calls himself ‘Iraivan’, meaning ‘God’ in Tamil.

The killer targets women and is pleasured to leave behind clues that challenge the police and the media. The movie has already created a buzz with its intriguing trailer, which showed glimpses of the killer’s modus operandi and the chase that ensues. The video also showcases some of the suspenseful atmosphere, the cast tries to cut the chase with the gruesome killer which only promises to deliver a worthy entertainer. The movie is slated to hit the theatres this Friday, the 28th of September, worldwide. The movie is produced by Sudhan Sundaram and Jayaram G and has cinematography by Hari K Vedanth and editing by JV Manikanda Balaji. The movie also to release in Telugu, titled "God".
