Watch: Elon Musk's peculiar entry into Twitter's headquarters before stamping deal goes viral!

The world's richest person Elon Musk is all set to acquire Twitter as the deal has seen redemption after setbacks. A day ahead of the deadline to stamp the deal, Musk visited the headquarters of Twitter and his entry was peculiar and turned heads across and beyond the borders. The soon-to-be Chief of Twitter, Musk made a visit to the San Francisco-based company on Wednesday for the first time.

Musk, who is a busy man on Twitter, used the same handle to announce the world of its acquisition and he altered his profile in which he referred to himself as Chief Twit and his location as Twitter headquarters. In a peculiar entry, Musk entered the Twitter headquarters by carrying a sink. He released the video of his entry on Twitter and wrote, "Entering Twitter HQ- let that sink in."

In another tweet, he wrote, "Meeting a lot of cool people at Twitter today." Musk, who is at the peak of success with a growing fortune, has announced this April that he would acquire Twitter and he began to seek suggestions from the users on what needs to be changed in the microblogging site. He came up with an offer of acquiring Twitter at $44 billion.

However, in July, Musk said that the deal is terminated and accused Twitter management of violating the purchase agreement by misrepresenting the number of spam and fake bot accounts. Musk's lawyer Mike Ringler complained in a statement that his client had for nearly two months sought data to judge the prevalence of fake or spam accounts on the social media platform.

The letter further said, "Twitter has failed or refused to provide this information. Sometimes, Twitter has ignored Mr. Musk's requests, sometimes it has rejected them for reasons that appear to be unjustified, and sometimes it has claimed to comply while giving Mr. Musk incomplete or unstable information." Musk has also said that the information is fundamental to Twitter's business and financial performance, and is needed to finish the merger.

Responding to Musk's decision, the Chair of Twitter's board, Bret Taylor tweeted that the board is committed to closing the transaction on the price and terms agreed upon with Musk. The company said that it was planning to pursue legal action to enforce the merger agreement and added that Musk used the bots as a pretext to exit the deal. The deal didn't materialize for the past few months until its recent revival.

According to reports, Elon Musk made a U-turn last week and confirmed that he will move forward with the deal at the originally agreed price. The judge hearing the legal battle over the deal then put it on hold the proceedings till October 28 to let the acquisition take place. However, the legal trial will resume if the deal hasn't got closed by Friday. If Musk fails to stamp the deal, he will face the trial.

Earlier this week, Musk notified co-investors who committed to help fund the Twitter deal that he planned to close it by Friday. Concerning his entry to Twitter's headquarters, Chief Marketing Officer of Twitter, Leslie Berland, had informed the staff members in an email that Musk plans to visit the San Francisco office ahead of the deadline for closing the deal. However, his entry with a sink surprised the Twitter premises.
