Kamal Haasan watched the special screening of 'Chithha', a film starring Siddharth in the lead role directed by S.U.Arun Kumar. The film, which is slated to release on September 28, is based on a Chithappa (Dad's younger bro) relationship, and it seems to have struck a chord with the Ulaganayagan.
In a special video, Kamal Haasan shares his story as the film resonates with his life very much. He said that he is who became Chithappa at the age of 4 as his brother Charu Haasan's daughter Nandini, shared his bond with his niece and how they both went to school together.

'Chithha' is a film that explores the dynamics of a Chithappa-nephew relationship, and how it changes over time. The film was produced by Etaki Entertainment. The director is known for Pannaiyarum Padminiyum, Sethupathi and Sindhubaadh. The music is composed by Dhibu Ninan Thomas, who has given some catchy tunes for the film.
The actor is also to be seen in Shankar - Kamal Hassan's next Indian 2. Earlier, talking about the film in an interview, he said that having the chance to work with actor Kamal Haasan on the film "Indian 2" was a "once in a lifetime" experience. He also told the fans that the highly anticipated sequel would be 10 times better than what they had been expecting from the movie.
