The blockbuster movie Jailer, starring Rajinikanth, Mohanlal and Shivarajkumar, has created a huge buzz among the fans and critics alike. The action thriller, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, has shattered box office records and received rave reviews for its gripping plot and stellar performances. There is some good news for the fans now.

The rumor has it that it will be available for streaming on both SunNxt and Netflix just 28 days after its big screen debut, which will be September 6th. The film released in theatres on 10th August 2023.  Jailer is a story of a retired jailer who goes on a manhunt to find his son’s killers.

But the road leads him to a familiar, albeit a bit darker place. The film has been praised for its thrilling action sequences, witty dialogues and unique dance moves of Rajinikanth. The film also features Jackie Shroff, Ramya Krishnan, Vinayakan, Tamannaah Bhatia and Yogi Babu in supporting roles.

The film has been a huge hit in South India. Some companies have even given their staff a day off or half a day off to watch the film. The film currently crossed 400 crores collection in Box Office.  Jailer also has been dubbed in Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages.

The film has also been released in overseas markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, UAE and USA. The film has collected about $5 million at the box office on Thursday, based on early estimates, making it the highest opening for a Tamil-language film in 2023 so far.
