Fans are getting geared up for the real celebrations of the movie's FDFS on January 11, 2023, from the release of the first theatre poster to the fan festival of promotions for Ajith starrer Thunivu. The most recent social media sensation involves a special screening of Thunivu, which Shaalini, the actress wife of Ajith, attended with her daughter Anoushka.

After working together on Nerkonda Paarvai and Valimai, Ajith and director H Vinoth have reunited for Thunivu. Now it has come to light that Ajith's wife Shalini and daughter Anoushka along with Suresh Chandra, Ajith's longtime manager, attended a special screening of "Thunivu" at the Four Frames Studio, which is run by the actress Lizzy. Later, Shalini graciously smiled for photos with the fans who had come to capture the moment. Fans taken the hint as a positive word of mouth, that the film will be a spectakular feast.

The film's female protagonist is played by Manju Warrier, and the musical score was written by Ghibran. The FDFS show on Wednesday at 1 AM on Thunivu is quickly filling up. Samuthirakani, John Kokken, Premkumar, Bucks, and GM Sundar play important roles. Nirav Shah and Vijay Velukutty have done cinematography and editing respectively.

The runtime for Thunivu is speculatedly reported by sources as 2 hours and 23 minutes. Red Giant Movies took the theatrical distribution rights in Tamil Nadu, where the overseas theatrical rights have been purchased by Lyca Productions, where the film is backed by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects and Zee Studios. Netflix has acquired the streaming rights of Thunivu and Kalaignar TV has purchased the satellite rights.
