Viral: The new poster of Superstar from Jailer is making storm on the internet!

The highly anticipated movie 'Jailer' starring Rajinikanth is scheduled to release on August 10. A new poster featuring the superstar in a stylish avatar, strolling confidently on the road, has taken the internet by storm. Fans are expressing their excitement and admiration for Thalaivar, making the poster go viral on social media.

Sun Pictures took to Twitter and penned by sharing the fresh firing poster, "Muthuvel Pandian's countdown starts #Jailer releasing Worldwide on Aug 10th". 'Jailer' is an action comedy film written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, and produced by Kalanithi Maran of Sun Pictures.

It marks Rajinikanth's 169th film and his first collaboration with Nelson. The movie boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, Shiva Rajkumar, Sunil, Ramya Krishnan, Vinayakan, Mirnaa Menon, and Tamannaah Bhatia. The second Single 'Hukum' is coming to 17th June.

The storyline revolves around a notorious gangster attempting to escape from prison with the assistance of his accomplices. However, his plans are hindered by an experienced and strict jailer , presenting a formidable challenge. Packed with high-octane action sequences, clever dialogues, and comedic moments, 'Jailer' promises to be a delight for the masses.

The film features music composed by Anirudh Ravichander, known for his previous collaborations with Rajinikanth on 'Petta' and 'Darbar'. The cinematography is handled by Vijay Karthik Kannan, with editing by R. Nirmal. Shooting for the film commenced in August 2022 in Chennai and concluded in June 2023.
